This year with your help EFO will raise $1.4 million to underwrite programs that benefit EVERY Orinda student from kindergarten through 12th grade!

Studies show that enrichment programs bolster student thinking skills and enhance student success. This is certainly true in Orinda where our schools consistently rank among the top in the state for academic achievement. Based on 2006 test scores, Acalanes Union High School District, which includes Miramonte, ranks as the highest scoring high school district in the state.  Orinda Union School District ranks fourth in the state among all California K-8 districts.  With ERO's funding, Orinda students consistently acheive these high ranking and benefit from an enriched, well-rounded education.

This year EFO is funding $1.4 million in programs and services at Orinda schools. OUSD- Del Rey, Glorietta, Sleepy Hollow, Wagner Ranch, and Orinda Intermediate—will receive $888,469.  Miramonte High School will receive $510,700. These grants are the result of our yearly prioritization process done in collaboration with the schools and in accordance with our funding guidelines.
