Roberta Calderon, Coldwell Banker

Roberta Calderon moved to Orinda for the schools, and  raised her three active children here, so knows the area very well.  She specializes in young families and educators in the Lamorinda area. Her background and degree in Finance  help her best serve her clients. Her passion for helping her clients find their perfect home, combined with boundless energy and dedication makes her an excellent agent. Suzanne Toner Geoffrion, Coldwell Banker

A native and life long resident of the Bay Area, Suzanne Toner Geoffrion has more than 35 years of sales and marketing business experience exclusively in the San Francisco East Bay. For the past 20 years Suzanne and three generations of her family have made their home together in Orinda. As a sales associate in Coldwell Banker's Orinda office she specializes in residential sales in Lafayette, Moraga, Montclair, Piedmont and Orinda.
Suzanne is an accomplished advertising, promotion and marketing executive with substantial business success as Promotion Manager for KBHK-TV44 Cable 12 (now KBCW) in San Francisco for more than 25 years. Additionally she served as Account Executive for In-Vision Communications in Walnut Creek one of the nation’s leading corporate communications companies handling clients including McAfee, Veritas and IDEC Pharmaceuticals.

Ann Newton Cane, Sotheby's International Realty

Ann Newton Cane has real estate in her blood; she was raised on a large cattle ranch near the Oregon-California border, where her parents and siblings still live. After graduating from the University of California at Davis in 1986 with a major in Rhetoric, Ann joined the then-upstart MCI, selling telecommunications services. She raced through the sales ranks, earning every MCI honor possible for taking business away from the behemoth AT&T. She remained at MCI following its merger with WorldCom Inc., managing the company's relationship with key global accounts such as Time Mirror, Nissan, First Interstate Bank, Kaiser Permanente, Amgen, and Wells Fargo Bank. Dick Notebaert, CEO of Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink) persuaded Ann to join him as Qwest's Director California region, responsible for West Coast global accounts. Ann took a break from full-time work to raise her two children, Paul William III and Katherine. Ann then devoted herself to community activities and other volunteer work, including service on the College Preparatory School's Board of Trustees; leadership positions in the National Charity League; Parents' Club President at the Orinda Intermediate School; Swimming Chair of the Meadow Swim and Tennis Club; President of the Homeowners' Association of the Grand Lodge in Deer Valley, Utah; and service on the Membership Development Committee at the Claremont Country Club in Oakland. Ann is married to a lawyer, Paul Cane, and their children both are now studying at (and competing in swimming for) Dartmouth College. As an empty-nester, Ann decided to further pursue her passion for sales in Lamorinda real estate. 

Finola Fellner, The Beaubelle Group, Compass Realty

Born and raised in Orinda, Finola Fellner is a Compass agent with more than 16 years of experience and is the expert on the local market trends, neighborhoods, schools and recreational resources in the Lamorinda area.

As one of the top—and most respected—agents in Lamorinda, Finola gives every client her dedication attention and expertise in even the most complex real estate transactions. She’s renowned for being an excellent communicator (crucial for clients in high-stress bidding situations!), a tenacious negotiator and a savvy marketer. Finola graduated from Orinda’s Miramonte High School, received a degree in history from UC Berkeley as well as a master’s degree from St. Mary’s College in Moraga. Before following her passion for real estate and becoming an agent, she spent 10 years teaching in the classroom and many more as an entrepreneur ~ developing a successful private education business (PASS).   

She comes from a big family that is deeply rooted in the Lamorinda community—her kids have 31 cousins in the immediate area!—so she knows everything there is to know about schools, sports, and other local resources. In fact, she's an active volunteer for the Orinda schools as well as other community and athletic programs. When she's not helping you find the perfect house or helping her community, she spends time hiking, skiing and hanging out with her husband Rob and her kids Jack, Betsy and Sally.

Ann Sharf, Village Associates

The #1 Agent in 2019 Lamorinda area sales, Ann Sharf is consistently ranked among the top agents in Contra Costa County. She is considered an expert in representing both buyers and sellers for over 27 years. Her stellar reputation as a dedicated seasoned professional working tirelessly for her clients has led to a large referral base. From 2002 – 2019, Ann has been among the top ranked agents in both Lamorinda and Contra Costa County for representing both buyers and sellers and closing in excess of $60 million per year.

 

A resident of Orinda since 1986, Ann and her husband have raised 3 children in Orinda. She stays actively involved in the community. Examples include: Sleepy Hollow Elementary, Orinda Intermediate School, Miramonte High School, Orinda Park Pool, Soda Mom’s Water Polo, Orinda Education Foundation, and University of California, Berkeley, Water Polo/Aquatics program. Ann graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a marketing major, and a finance minor. Before real estate, she was a manufacturer’s representative in both the furniture and fashion fields. Formally associated with Mason-McDuffie Real Estate, and Solomon Wilmington and Associates, Ann is an established member of the Contra Costa real estate community. She is currently a Village Associates Real Estate Board member.
 

Sue Layng, Village Associates
